"The Willow Tree" is a beautiful, stylish apartment (80m sq) adjoining a large villa, set in fabulous grounds with enclosed gardens and pool, just outside of Avignon. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has a fabulous aspect with large windows designed to bring in views of the garden and lots of light.

A private terrace for eating al fresco within a pretty walled garden create a magical experience along with a separate entrance opening out to the incredible pool and pool area. There is plenty of free off road secure private parking and pets are allowed on special request. The Apartment benefits from its location in the heart of Provence, with central access to both Avignon, The Luberon, St Remy and Les Alpilles, Bedoin and Mont Ventoux and L'Isle-sur-La Sorgues and Fontaine de Vaucluse.
It accommodates 4 people in 2 double bedrooms, located on separate sides of the living space for greater privacy. One houses a king size bed, the other has 2 single beds, Both have their own en-suite bathrooms with walk in-tiled power showers.
The apartment is airy and spacious and just very nice, pleasing and calm. It sits next to the main house, fondly known as The Apple Orchard, where the Owners reside. We are there if you need us for anything, help or advice, but completely separate depending on what you prefer.

The Apartment is a completely separate, private space, with it's own courtyard garden and further back garden with separate entrance and parking for several cars.
There is use of the heated pool, shared with the owners, between May and September, with private times available on request.

We leave keys for guests to let themselves into the property with a house instruction booklet for further guidelines.
In this Covid-19 period we are mindful that guests may not want any shared spaces or interaction. Therefore, we are encouraging people to let themselves into the property and use their own private garden, with use of the pool decided at set times.

We are a 20 minute walk into the local village of Le Thor. Only 2 minutes by car. There is a local supermarket in Le Thor and all other amenities. We are perfectly placed with easy access to Avignon (20 minutes) the coastal beaches (1 .5hours) and central between Mont Ventoux, Les Alpilles and the Luberon. The famous antiques town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgues is only 10 minutes away.

A car is necessary to take advantage of exploring the area. A bicycle is a great way of getting around and cycling into town in the morning for that fresh baguette and croissant.

Please note, that within the set price, we supply beautiful bed linen and bath and hand towels, and pool towels (in season).
Check in is anytime after 14.00 and check out is 11.00am. If you have special arrival or departure requirements, please send the Owners a message to request different times.
There is a separate charge of 20€ per day for heating (when required). This can be paid in cash on arrival.
The Owners offer a specialised service through their Company "Provence Experiences" We Create holiday itineraries for people wanting to enjoy cycling, hiking and canoeing. If you have the will but don't have the time to research the how and where, we do all that for you. Our network of guides and specialists in outdoor activities as well as cultural visits, gourmet and market tours and restaurant recommendations can save you a lot to time and effort. We spotted a market, in using our local resources, to advise and guide our guests and other visitors, to this incredible region of Provence.
